Camera-Ready paper Submission & Registration

The following guidelines should be strictly followed in order for your paper to be included in the conference proceedings. In total, you submit 4 files: (1) paper in pdf, (2) eXpress pass file, (3) scanned copyright file, and (4) signed registration form

1. The final camera ready version must be prepared according to the IEEE Conference Template and checked by PDF-express. Authors should follow recommendations in your review report, and submit the camera-ready version of the paper by updating the existing version, using CISRAM2015 EasyChair online submission page.

2. A pdf compliant file must be submitted using CISRAM2015 EasyChair online submission page. To generate IEEE compliant PDF files you should:

• a. Make sure to use the correct templates (A4 format)

• b. Create an account on IEEE PDF eXpress website using your own email and the following Conference ID:
• 35041X
• http://www.pdf-express.org/

• c. Create a PDF compliant file (refer to these help notes on using IEEE PDF eXpress) from your source files (e.g. word files, postscript files, zipped folder with DVI and figures)

3. For each paper, the corresponding author is required to complete the printable copyright form. A scanned copy of the signed Copyright Form should be uploaded in CISRAM2015 EasyChair online submission page. You may download the form at the link below and upload the completed form to the EasyChair submission system. The Copyright Form template can be downloaded at the following links:

• When filling out the Form, the corresponding author should include

• the paper title
• the complete list of authors
• the conference (publication) title:
• 2015 IEEE 7th International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems (CIS) and IEEE Conference on Robotics, Automation and Mechatronics (RAM)
• Signature of the corresponding author
• date

4. The CISRAM 2015 conference registration form has to be duly signed and uploaded in CISRAM2015 EasyChair online submission page. To ensure the paper be published at the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must register for CISRAM 2015.

5. This is a single track conference. Please send a representative to present the paper if you cannot make it.
