It is important to notice that each paper should have one non-student registration, and if you have more than one paper you have to register them separately. Final paper can be submitted after registration is complete.
The acceptance letter will be sent to you via e-mail.
Valid proof is required to receive the IEEE member/student rate. Students must email the scanned copy of student ID to CIS-RAM2022@outlook.com and bring along their card to the conference for verification to enjoy the prevailing rate.
After verification of the submitted information, a payment PayPal link will be sent to you via E-mail. The receipt will be provided once the payment is finished. The hard copy receipt/invoice is collectable on-site.
Accepted papers should follow the registration procedure and complete the forms included in the acceptance E-mail, which is already sent to the authors. For participation without paper presentation, please click here for registration.
All refund requests must be made via email to the Organizing Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All cancellations received before and on Friday 30th September will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
All cancellations received before and on Sunday 6th November will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation after Sunday 6th November.
Cancellations should be submitted in writing via e-mail before Monday 7th November.
