Registration Instructions

The registration fee, cancellation fee, and overlength fee are shown in the following table.

The registration system is available through PaperPlaza. For authors, please follow the instructions in the email sent from PaperPlaza on 11 Jun 2024 to register your papers. Do note that the system is able to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cards. However, support for China UnionPay Card (Yin Lian) while working, could be unstable. If you need to do offline payment via bank transfer, please generate an invoice from the system and perform wire transfer according to instructions below. Do also note that only Full IEEE Member rate and Full Non-Member rates can be used to cover paper registration. Each additional paper registered under a common author will attract a further fee of SGD 680.00. All paid registration will include access to all technical, exhibition and social functions as well as tea breaks and lunches. Please note that participants are responsible for their own accommodation and partial meals.
