Remarks:

1. Author with IEEE Membership needs to provide the IEEE Membership number during registration. 
2. Student needs to provide softcopy of his valid student ID or the endorsement letter from his university during registration.
3. One author is allowed to present up to two papers per registration. Student author is only allowed to present one paper per registration. Additional papers will be charged (up to two additional papers).
4. One regular paper can have up to six pages, including all figures, tables, and references (based on IEEE conference paper standard). Additional Pages would be charged

The registration system accepts payments by credit card or by bank telegraphic transfer.
To use telegraphic transfer, participants must note the following:

1. Participants should bear all the banking and exchange charges. The bank in Singapore charges USD45 for its own administrative charges.
2. Participants can only upload their paper(s) after all the verification process has been completed. This takes 2 to 3 days at a minimum.
