It is our great honor and pleasure to have the 5th IEEE International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems (CIS) and the 5th IEEE International Conference on Robotics, Automation and Mechatronics (RAM) to be held Saturday through Monday, September 17-19, 2011 at beautiful coastal city, Qingdao, China.

The IEEE conferences on CIS & RAM bring the international community of researchers and practitioners a great opportunity to discuss the latest advancements and future directions in the field of automatic control. The conferences welcome paper submissions from researchers, practitioners, and students, and will cover myriad topics in cybernetics, intelligent systems, robotics, automation and mechatronics, etc.

Panel Discussion: Future Research Directions and Founding and Collaboration Policies in China Chaired by Professor Chenghong Wang and Professor Guobiao Wang, Directors of National Science Foundation of China, in the broad scopes of CIS and RAM, has been arranged for CIS-RAM, 2011.
